Excellent

Well, bugger me. Never thought I'd see a decent animation with a squirrel in it again. Amazing, honestly. You keep going like this, you might even give the creatures of Brackenwood a run for their money.

:D - Loved it

Undoubtedly, your best work with flash yet.

Not quite, your best work of flash (I still hold that crown to Casino Night).

Keep on making flashes, man. I'll be watching.

Wow.

The animation in this was just great. I wasn't a fan of the animation in Albuquerque, but some of the frame-by-frame stuff in this was great. I loved all the little background details, too (The 27 on his door, the link to the animation in reverse / invert, Fry from futurama, etc)

You did a great job, man. Hope this gets to #1, for at-least a while.

Yes!

Out of every animation you've ever made, this is the one I enjoy the most. I've watched it over and over again, admiring the style and everything about it.

Great fucking job. It's just brilliant in everyway.

Friggin' win!

This flash? This flash is made of epic and win. And Coke.

Though, I'd rather Pepsi Max over Coke. Though obviously, that's just me. And I'm retarded.

AWESOME!

Haha oh wow. It should be illegal for this amount of funny to be in a single flash animation.

BLAST FROM THE PAST LULZ

Wait, wasn't this episode made like, 100 years ago? I remember seeing it ages ago. Was it on the website before now? Because I swear I've watched all episodes upto about 10 (Maybe onward, I'll have to check the website to jog my memory).

Anyway, I just wanted to say what a fucking great job this is for you (And any help you have such as artists / actors / writers). When I make flash animations myself (Not often; doubly so for any I submit) I always try to see how close to the standard of Munushi I can get. There's just a great bloody set of atmosphere and style that's so rare in most other flash animations, or even entire series of animations.

The scene I remember most vividly was where the two characters were running across a bridge, with some goons chasing them. It just had such a great feeling, like something from a TV show. It was so wonderfully gritty.

Eh, suppose you've heard this all before. I'd just like to say, thanks for making such a fucking awesome series. It really does make me happy when I can see such brilliance as this.

Daring to plummet into cliche;

Keep up the good work.

Minushi responds:

Thanks Kritz, and to all the other NG users who have commented on Minushi (for better or worse) over the years. Yup, "years."

I read all the emails I receive and all the comments here at NG or anywhere else I can find for that matter even if I don't have time to reply to them directly. After all, this open communication between us is at the heart of Minushi and I appreciate that you all take the time to write.

As I'm trying to mention as often as possible - especially to veteran fans of the movie - Minushi lives! At this point we're in the midst of talking to distributors about finally getting Minushi out there on DVD; so hang in there! It's been a long journey and I'm glad to have you all along for the ride.

Thanks.

Meh.

Keep in note I'm not a Foamy fan while reading my review.

I think it's rather poor taste to knock another flash author in a flash animation that was damn poor itself. No doubt you've had a lot of comments about the graphical style, and I feel the need to point out a lot of wasted effort on some decent shades when the drawings still looked like crap.

You shouldn't get me wrong, I like the message. All good things must come to an end, but Illwill missed the mark by a year or two. But I think that there could have been a much better way of going around it.

Overall, the flash was meh. The message was decent, but not enough to redeem your work.
